Paul Hofmann, started his Apprenticeship program in September 1990. In February 1994 Paul obtained his Certificate as an Industrial Mechanic. During his time he also gained some supervision experience. He spent 10 years in medical accessories, and equipment manufacturing plant he was a combined experience of 18 years, during that time he gained experience with wood working machinery such as weinig molders, double ends, busselato and koch, assembly lines, glass production lines, lean manufacturing, machining, CNC programming, preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance, 5S and TPM. He also holds the inter-provincial Red seal certificate as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright).

Valentin Thiessen, has over 10 years experience in Industrial Maintenance with most of his time spent in polyester fabric manufacturing and wood product manufacturing. He completed his Industrial Mechanic Apprenticeship and achieved his millwright inter-provincial red seal certificate. Here he gained more experience in preventative maintenance andbrekdown maintenance. He also became familiar with TPM, 5S, and lean manufacturing while bringing over skills from Germany, like machining, fabrication and CNC programming.
